1. Brief introduction

® series (PTFE) high temperature resistance waterborne non-stick coating is double-layer aqueous suspension non-stick system, this system adopted European high-tech of non-stick coating technology and special formula is mixed with high temperature resistant high molecular polymer combining polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) resin and high performance pigment and filler. It has excellent non-stick performance, abrasive resistance, corrosion resistance and extreme temperature resistance. It has good adhesive force for the metal base such as aluminum, aluminum alloy, aluminum plate and stainless steel etc. and flexibility; the coat is sturdy and durable.  ® series non-stick coating meets the food hygienic standards of FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration).

Scope of application： ® series non-stick coating applies to the non-stick coat of household electrical appliances like all kinds of cookers, grilles, rice cooker, bread barrel, fryer, roaster, riddle, baseplate of electric iron and etc.；It can also apply to all kinds of industrial non-stick use.

A、Coating needs to befully stirred and filtered with 200 meshes filter before use

B、10-25℃ storage temperature of coating，rolling no less than 2 hours a week and no less than 120 r/min during rolling can make the storage time up to 6 months

C、Suggest to spray with original fluid. Or slightly dilute according to the production status
